How do I book a home?
You can make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box” to the left. You can also call our office at 256-490-0932 and our reservationists will be happy to assist you!

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you book a reservation. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database (VRP). It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers; therefore, we cannot see your credit card information on White Sands side.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Sorry!  Our homes are NOT pet friendly.  We are happy to assist you in finding boarding options for your pet if needed.  Please know, if a pet or the evidence of a pet is found, guests are subject to additional charges to the credit card on file and/or immediate eviction.  If an eviction is performed, guests forfeit all amounts paid for the vacation rental despite of the time the home was used.

Where do we go to check in?
White Sands Luxury Resorts offers contactless check in and check out. Depending on when you stay with us- we will email you a wireless entry code that will activate at the official check-in time. There is no need to wait in line at a busy rental office… start your vacation immediately!

What do I need to bring?
Our homes come with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You will need to bring beach towels, our home will only have bath towels provided. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish soap and bathroom toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay you may want to bring additional supplies.

Do your properties come with Free Beach Service? 
Yes, some of them do!  The listing for each property will state whether or not beach service is provided.  NOTE:  Beach Service is available at Resorts and can be purchased for the days or week(s) at guest’s expense.  White Sands Luxury Resorts, LLC does not manage this service and we are not responsible for any issues that you experience while using onsite beach services.


May I check in before 4PM CST and check out after 10AM CST? 
No.  White Sands Luxury Resorts has a very small window of time to prepare each home for our guests.  We want to ensure that our homes are perfect before each guest’s arrival .


When will my Security Deposit be refunded? 
Security Deposits are refunded automatically to your card on file within (7) days of your departure.  In the event of a full or partial forfeiture of your Security Deposit, you will be notified of the reason and the amount withheld.


How many parking passes will I receive? 
You will receive (2) parking passes per condo unit.  Any additional vehicles must park on the outside perimeter of the Resort.  NOTE:  Some Resort’s may allow additional parking passes at an additional cost.


We arrived early, can we use the amenities while we wait for our check in? 
Unfortunately not. All guests have paid from 4pm CST of their check in to 10am CST of their departure.  


Can we take our luggage or groceries to the room before our check in time? 
No guests are allowed to access units prior to their scheduled arrival time. 


Can we have groceries delivered to our vacation home? 
Absolutely!  We recommend downloading the Instacart app on your smartphone.
