Welcome to Sea Turtle on East Beach. It sits directly on the East End of Panama City Beach and is located around popular attractions, excellent cusine, and a thriving nightlife. This brand new, luxury home features a private heated (upon request) pool, a beach walkover, an amazing Gulf view, master suite, outdoor lounge space and everything else you can think of to make your beach getaway beyond perfect!
Sea Turtle requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the peak season.

Step into luxury!  Walk straight ahead to the spacious living area with an open floor plan, a kitchen that features a separate fridge and freezer for added space. Enough seating for (10) at the table and another (4) at the counter. Near the front of the home, on the 1st floor are (2) bedrooms, both king sized with connecting bathrooms. 
On the 2nd floor, walk up to the media room with multiple seating and flat screen TV with sliding barn doors for privacy. To the right is the queen over king bunk bed, flat screen TV with the bathroom just outside the bedroom. Continuing on the 2nd floor, we have the (2) king bedrooms, connecting bathrooms, flat screen TVs and with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico right off the balcony. Sit outside to take in the views and relaxing sound of the waves crashing. 

The 3rd floor offers a sitting room and (2) bedrooms. The bunk room, sleeping (8) guests, has (2) twin bunk beds, (2) twin trundles and (2) separate twins. The Gulf view room is a king bed with connecting bathroom, (2) chairs for seating and that pull out to twin sleepers and a flat screen TV, and a private balcony for the breathtaking Gulf view.

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

No Pets:
Pets are not permitted in or on the premises of this property. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and a 0 non-refundable pet fee per pet will be charged to the credit card on file.  If you are perscribed a service animal, White Sands Luxury Resorts, LLC will require an additional deposit (0), a letter from the perscribing doctor and a photo of the animal.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use:
Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including porches, pool decks, balconies and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited including the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices or any drug paraphernalia. If signs of smoking are found on property after departure, Management will charge the credit card on file. 

Age Requirements:
The primary registrant (credit card holder for the initial payment and person signing this Rental Agreement) MUST be 25 years of age (legal photo ID required upon request) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. No homes will be rented to students or singles under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the Rental Period. We require that one parent or guardian over the age of 25 is present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 18 and 25. All homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival and during guest stay to ensure compliance. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.
