Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL
a) All Guests (and Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager.

2. NOISE
a) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimal level and not disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM) and upon arrival and departure.
b) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in eviction, loss of all rent amounts paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit.
c) White Sands Luxury Resorts, LLC does reserve the right to evict guests should any rules or policies be broken.

3. VISITORS
a) Guests are responsible for ensuring any visiting guests does not exceeded occupancy; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

4. SECURITY
a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and safety of the rental.

5. SMOKING
a) Smoking of any substance is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental.
b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. If there are traces of smoke, there will be a fee of up to $300 for remedies.

6. PETS
a) Pets are strictly prohibited from all Vacation Rentals.
b) If guests have a service animal, we require a formal letter from the prescribing physician, a photo of your pet and a $600 refundable security deposit (in addition to our standard security deposit).
c) ABSOLUTELY NO aggressive breeds are allowed.

7. DAMAGES
a) All damages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Failure to report, will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
b) To avoid damages, no furniture and/or decor is to be moved from one room to another without permission from the Property Manager.

8. CHECK OUT
a) Please ensure that all doors are secure.
b) Check out is at 10 AM CST – We do not allow any late departures due to our busy turnover schedule.
c) Please ensure that AC/Heat is set to 75 before departing.
d) All soiled towels must be left in one of the bathroom tubs for housekeeping.

9. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS

10. COMPLIANCE
a) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow above House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
